For customers who do not receive emails

When you complete your order, our system will automatically send you an order confirmation email.
If you do not receive an automatic delivery email, your order may not have been delivered to our store. Please kindly check the following items.

We cannot confirm whether or not automatic emails have been delivered to customers. If your order has been received by us, we will ship it as usual. If you are concerned about not receiving the automatic delivery email, please check the following and contact us using the inquiry form, as there is a possibility that your order will be duplicated if you reorder.

01 Incorrect email address input
If you enter the wrong email address, an error will occur and you will not receive the email.
Please check the correct email address and contact us again using the inquiry form.

02 Treated as spam
If you use free email (Yahoo mail, Gmai, Hotmail, etc.), the email may be judged as spam and may be sorted outside of your inbox or deleted.
Please check your spam folder and deletion folder once.
*Depending on the type and settings of your free email, sorted emails may be automatically deleted after a few days.

03 There is no free space on the mail server
If your email server is full, you may not be able to receive new emails.
Please delete emails on the server to free up space.
If you have any questions, please contact the provider or free email provider from which you obtained the email address you are using.

04 Setting to refuse to receive emails from a computer
If you have not set up to [allow] emails from your computer, emails from our store will return as error emails.
Also, if you have specified a recipient, please set it so that it can receive the domain "@e-cosme.co.jp".

05 Spam email determination using security software
If you are using security or virus software, emails from our store may be judged as spam or virus emails, and may be quarantined in a separate folder or deleted. Please check that the email has not been lost in your spam folder.
Depending on the provider, the service may be rejected on the server, so in that case, please contact your provider.
